This terms and conditions agreement sets forth the conditions of use of our website. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
By submitting your design to MAX Lanyards, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce any logos or other images associated with your order. You also certify that the production of any images you submit does not infringe on any other person/entity's intellectual property rights. The images on this website may be property of others and shown here for comparison purpose. We'll prepare customized art work for production based upon your submitted image and will craft upon your approval.
Once you receive the digital rendered proof, carefully review it in detail. Please give special attention to the design, the spelling of words, and the colors (pantone numbers). If there are no revisions to your proof, please let us know so we can proceed with the order. If there are any necessary revisions please let us know by email so we can make the corrections for you.
MAX Lanyards offers secure online credit card processing as a convenience to our customer's. The security of your financial and personal information is of the utmost importance to us. And we pledge to insure that your information is handled in the safest and most secure fashion, please contact our sales department to discuss our security procedures. We do request that you check and verify with your sales person prior to processing an order to insure it could be manufactured and delivered by your due date as once an order has been placed it may not be canceled for any reason and any funds received will be issued to your account or applied to future purchases.
Before we can start production you will have to confirm your order either via the website or via email. This order confirmation will contain information specific to your order including pricing, type, size, quantity, colors, and the estimated production time, a final digital proof, and a link to our terms and conditions page. If the written specifications and finalized digital proof meet your satisfaction, please respond to the email giving us permission to start production. Orders placed directly through our online ordering system allow a complete review of your ordering details, along with our Terms and Conditions. Online orders do not require a confirmation email.
It is our goal to have your product delivered to you on or before the date you need it. However, we cannot guarantee our deliveries nor be held responsible for delays in shipping which are beyond our control, such as inaccurate/undeliverable address information, customs procedures, the misrouting of your package by UPS, or the unavailability of the addressee. Please contact our sales department for a current estimated turnaround time for your order.
Due to the custom nature of the products we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been submitted for production, it may not be canceled for any reason. MAX Lanyards does not issue refunds or provide future credit. We back each and every product we manufacture with our 100% Quality Guarantee. If one of our manufactured products is found to be defective we will replace at no additional charge to you. We require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "defect" or "defective" means a manufacturing error.
Our website is operated and located in the State of Delaware. In case of a legal dispute it is agreed that we are subject to the laws of the State of Delaware and such laws will govern this Terms & Conditions, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. The prevailing party is entitled to a monetary award of reasonable attorney's fees. If MAX Lanyards is named in a copyright/trademark infringement lawsuit arising out of the use of a copyright/trademark protected item provided by you for use in your product, you agree to indemnify MAX Lanyards, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees for any damages and/or litigation-related expenses borne by MAX Lanyards.
